Milestones to Millstones - 17 mill walks in Oxfordshire and beyond

The walks feature the following mills:

Ardington, Ascott-under-Wychwood, Brill, Chinnor,  Coleshill, East and West Hanney, Great Haseley, Lacey Green, Mapledurham, Pitstone, Quainton, Turville, Tysoe, Wantage, Wheatley, and Wilton.

 

As well as guiding you through fine countryside, the richly illustrated book gives details of the history, architecture and wildlife we discover.

 

★ Each circular walk has been carefully researched using public footpaths through very varied countryside with each of the mills as a focal point

 

★ The routes have been devised after careful research and have easy-to-follow instructions

★ There are access points for those who wish to walk a shorter route, or just visit the many points of interest along the way by car
